账户删除指南

Deleting the app from a device is different from deleting your LifeDue account. If you cannot complete account deletion inside the app, you can request deletion through the public support channel below.

App deletion and account deletion are different

Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server account data, LifeDue items, file records, support records, or legally retained logs. A separate account deletion request is required.

Deletion request process

  1. 1First check whether account deletion is available in the app settings or account management screen.
  2. 2If you cannot access the app or cannot complete deletion inside the app, submit the required request details by email.
  3. 3After ownership verification, we will explain the deletion scope and processing result.

Use the same items below when sending your deletion request. These fields will later be used as the administrator intake form.

Data reviewed during deletion

  • Account profile and authentication information
  • LifeDue items, categories, reminders, payment account names, and attached file records
  • Support emails, operation logs, and records that must be retained under applicable law

Important notes

  • Some records may be retained for the statutory period if retention is required by law.
  • Deletion requests are handled through the same contact channel used for privacy inquiries.
  • Before store submission, keep the in-app deletion path and this public guide consistent.
