Processing guide
- We verify that the requester owns or is authorized to manage the account.
- After verification, account information and service data are deleted within the processing scope.
- We will notify you by email when the request is completed or if additional verification is required.
Data included in deletion
- Account profile and authentication information
- LifeDue items, categories, reminders, payment account names, and attached file records
- Service data connected to the account, except records that must be retained under applicable law
Records that must be retained under applicable law may be stored for the required retention period and then deleted.
