আপনার LifeDue অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন
আপনি যেকোনো সময় সরাসরি অ্যাপ থেকে আপনার LifeDue অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তার সব ডেটা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। অ্যাপ খুলতে না পারলে ইমেইলে মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
অ্যাপে মুছুন (সঙ্গে সঙ্গে)
- LifeDue খুলুন এবং যে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে চান সেটিতে সাইন ইন করুন।
- সেটিংস > অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন-এ যান।
- নিশ্চিত করুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মুছে যাবে এবং আপনি সাইন আউট হয়ে যাবেন।
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Please delete the account first if you no longer want to use LifeDue.

Send a request from the email address you use for LifeDue so we can confirm that you own the account. If you signed in with Apple using a hidden email, tell us the sign-in method and we will help you verify ownership.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, password hash, Google or Apple sign-in link)
- Your profile, settings, and consent records
- All items, payment account names, reminder settings, and custom categories and templates
- Images attached to your items
- Your support inquiries and usage and rewarded-ad records
What is not deleted by us
- Data stored only on your phone, such as scheduled reminders, the remaining time of the 30-minute ad pass, and ad consent choices, is removed when you delete the app.
- Advertising data held by Google is handled under Google's own policies. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings.
- Records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only for the required period and then deleted.
How long it takes
- In-app deletion: immediate.
- Email request: after we confirm ownership, we delete the account without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, and email you when it is done.
- Copies in our hosting provider's backups, if any, are overwritten in the normal backup cycle and are never restored to the Service.
