Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before you download.

Q.01Is LifeDue free?

Yes. LifeDue is free and supported by ads. Banner ads appear in the app. When you save a new item or save changes to an existing one, you watch one short video ad, and after watching it to the end you get a 30-minute pass to add and edit items without ads. If no ad is available, your item is saved anyway. Viewing items, reminders, widgets, deleting items, and marking them done are never limited.

Q.02How do reminders work?

Reminders are scheduled as notifications on your phone. For each item you choose how many days before the due date to start and what time to be reminded. Please allow notifications for LifeDue in your device settings; battery-saving modes can delay them.

Q.03Will I lose my items if I change phones?

No, as long as you have linked an account. Your items are saved to your LifeDue account, so sign in with the same email, Google, or Apple account on your new phone to see them again. If you use LifeDue as a guest, link an account before switching phones.

Q.04How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. Your account, items, and attached photos are deleted immediately. If you can no longer open the app, you can request deletion by email.
